Hello, can someone please give me some advice!!!!
Mt little one goes to bed at 7.3opm after dinner at 5pm and 8 oz at 7pm, however he always wakes around 5am and I have to pat him back off, sometimes it takes a while but then he sleeps to 6.30am. But I thought by now he might just stop waking at 5am but he always does and Im beginning to just get him up as I cant stand patting him bk off at that time every morn!!!!! Any suggestions?

Early rising

Maybe it's a habit he's gotten into now and he expects you to go to him and pat him back to sleep. Have you tried leaving him and letting him cry it out so he can settle himself back to sleep? It's tough I know and may take a few days to break the habit. How much sleep is he having during the day? If he's having a lot, he may just be ready for getting up at that time, even though it's incredibly early!
Hope you sort something soon.
