Subject : 2nd or more time mums forum

Hi, I hope you don't mind me crashing your forum. I'm just trying to drum up some support for a new forum, which several people have already agreed they'd like. Here's what I've already posted on some other forums:

"Hi,

I've posted this on the Website Suggestions forum:

"I'm 21+1 with my second son, my eldest is 17 months, and I'm feeling pretty isolated. There's so much help for first time mums- which is great- but nothing really for second timers, who have to try to prepare for juggling the needs of 2 children, and all the guilt that entails, with no help. I just thought it'd be nice for people in the same boat to be able to share fears and tips. I know it'd be a big help to me, and I'm sure I can't be the only one feeling like this"

If anyone's in the same position as me, would they please be able to go to that forum and add a post supporting this idea? Hopefully we'll be able to get something set up then.

Thanks very much xxx"

It's under the heading of "2nd time mums forum" on the Website Suggestions forum, as I was a bit daft before and didn't think to include those who had more than 2 children-oops, pregnancy brain!!

Thanks for reading, and it'd be brilliant if you could add your support, if this is something you'd like, to my post on the Website Suggestions forum xxx

Dunno tbh - I visit the pregnancy, baby, toddler and older children forums anyway and there's always plenty of people ready with advice etc plus it's nice to be able to help out 1st time mum's in the pregnancy or baby forums when they ask a q that u've had experience of.

Fair enough. I agree, it's definitely great to be able to help others out- my intention was that the new forum could be used by people alongside their other forums xx
