Hi Gemma, welcome to the site! It's so exciting isn't it, deciding to start a family? My new hubby and I are also just about to start trying to conceive our first. If you're waiting until December to start, but are already learning about ttc, you'll be such an expert by then!

I hope I'm pregnant at the mo, but only 3DPO so difficult to tell!

I've been using this site since I was pregnant with my lo who is now 16 months. It's really addictive and a God send when heavily pregnant and you can't sleep!

It's our first month ttc...bit overwhelmed at first but being on here has set me straight on alot and it's nice to have other ladies to talk to in the same boat. I don't know about you but I don't want to stress OH out too much by going on about everything so this place is great!!!!

Hi Gemma, welcome!! In answer to your question, I stopped taking the pill at the end of May and am now in month 5 of ttc. I was lucky and went onto 27 day cycles immediately. However, my last cycle was only 23 days and I have only ov the last two cycles. Some of the girls have had really long cycles or no period at all for a long time, everyone's different and I'm sure the girls will tell you their different experiences.

How long have you been on the pill? Have you come off already?

Hi Gemma,

i stopped the pill in apr 08.

had a 4 day bleed, the nothin 4 a while then few days v dark cm, 2 wks bleedin. after rather a lonng wait - and since then they seem to have been pretty normal - even if they are too long!!!

my last cycle was 42 days, with 8po - i got a little worried because i was reading that you need a minimum 10 days dpo for implantation to take place. so i'm taking vit B6 to lengthen my LP, and EPO to increase EWCM.

i'm ready with my ov tests this month to first of all see if i am even ov'ing, and then to see if my LP is any longer?
