Subject : Kidneys anyone!!

I was buying the ingredients for a AK liver dish and accidentially brought kidneys instead! Anybody know if its ok to feed a 11 month baby kidneys? I can't seem to find any guidelines on the net. If Tilly can't have them, the bin can!LOL!
