Think I have 1 more bottle to buy, 1 pack of newborn nappies, and pads for me for after birth but I'm basically done now too It's a nice feeling to be 'ready' but also a pain as we've still got about 10ish wks to wait for bubs!!!!
Now I can concerntrate on sorting out an 8th birthday 3 wks b4 due date and a 4th birthday the day after due date lol lol

Crumbs I'm not ready and could easily have froggy early.
Need mat pads and breast pads for sure plus need to pack toilet bag and things for hosp. Only prob I have is getting to a big enough town to actually buy stuff as live out in the sticks and nearest marks & sparks is an hour away!

I have got everything..(i think)...LOL I'm glad its all done as i went shopping for the last of it last weekend and it was so tiring.
I may just go out and buy another pack of nappies, you can never have too many of them. Thats about it and i agree its such a nice feeling that its all done, just have to wait now (just under 10 weeks to go)...whooooooo

I think i am almost there now, as have everything major in place.
Our nursery is finished although i want a nightlight to go in there. My son has a magic lantern in his room and wanted to get one to go in babys room as well, but might wait untill it is born so i know whether to get a boy one or a girl one. also someone might ask if we would like anything for the baby, its always got a recieve something you really want!
I guess i could still get a few more nappies, wipes etc, as you can never pick up too many. I've been looking for when they are on special offer in places.
Has any one bought powderd milk? I am planning to breast feed, but just wondering if i might need some standing by, just in case. when i suggested it my mother said i was going over the top! Can you be too prepared!!

Suggested something similar to a lady who wants to breast feed but is concerned coz of sensitive nipples at the mo - no harm in getting a cpl of bottles and maybe a sml tub of formula just in case. Most formulas have a fairly good unopened shelf life and at least u'll have something in, if things don't go to plan with the breast feeding......no point in panicing coz u have nothing to feed baby with!!!
