Subject : cycle after mc
hiya girls.
i mc on this week at 5-6weeks. we are wanting to start trying straight away and decided not to wait until 1st period.
my question is, do i count my cycle like i would a normal period and if so, is it from the first day the bleeding started or the day that the majority of the mc happened?
i started beelding on sunday, then it stopped monday then started again tuesday and this was when it came away, with clots etc. so do i count my 28 days from sunday or tuesday?
thanks
love littlemiss

Hi littlemiss
So sorry to hear of your loss ((((big Hug)))
Dont know the real answer but i took mine from the day i started bleeding red blood which was a thursday and i loss lil bean on a friday. Didnt have af till 36 days later. We decided to try straight away but i didnt bother tracking ov etc. They do say you are really fertile straight after mc. Goodluck and i hope you have you sticky bfp really soon
Take care

You can't really calculate after an mc, it is really hard because first af can take longer than normal to come. Mine was almost 6 weeks from first day of bleed. Hope you are ok xx

Hi hun,
I had a m/c at 5 weeks in January and had stopped bleeding within 5 days. Then 3 weeks later I was pregnant again!! I actually thought I must have been pg with twins and one had survived, but I'd had a scan after the m/c which was all clear, so I think your cycle is prob all over the place once you have a m/c
We weren't even going to try straight away, was just a couple of ties then found out I was pg again! All ok now, due on 16th Oct.
