ooh sounds lovely, I used to live near Edinburgh and there's loads to do. If you really want to push the boat out you could stay at the Witchery or just eat in their restaurant, it's meant to be fantastic!

It was our first wedding anniversary 2 wks ago and we just went to a friend's caravan in Berwick Fri-Mon. It was only 45min down the road from us but really enjoyed ourselves, was a much needed break. We lazed about, walked along the beach, ate lots & was good to get some quality time together - bliss xxx

How lovely. We were in Edinburgh on honeymoon and had a great time.
It was our 1st anniversary a couple of months ago, and we decided to do nothing special, other than go out for dinner.

Am trying to persuade OH we really need a holiday before baby comes. His reckoning is that as I've given up work, I'm already on a full-time holiday! Evil
