I've had some dizzy spells - I think it's cos the baby nicks all your blood! Drinking plenty of water will help with this, and with headaches as well.
Also, you mustn't lie on your back cos what happens is the weight of the baby squashes your blood vessels and can make you dizzy and light headed. Lie on your side with a wedge pillow under the bump.
Hope this helps and hope you feel better soon!
Lots of love, Fleeps x

Don't know what it might be, sorry.
I was feeling rough a couple of weeks ago because i was anaemic.
I would recommend trying to see your GP or midwife today if you can, ring and see if you can get an emergency appointment, get yourself checked over and maybe some bloods taken.
doesn't sound like you can carry on feeling like that
good luck and let us know how you get on

Lying on ur side would be better as when on ur back the baby has a tendency to press on a nerve that can make you feel sick and nauseous as well.
The only 2 times I have had a dizzy spell plus the associated bits, I was diagnosed with a bad water infection which was affecting me more than normal as I was pg. It is definitely a good idea to get seen by gp or midwife for a chk-up hun, just to be on the safe side......as Lainer said, it could also be something like anaemia.

Oh dear - just looked on the due dates and see you are supposed to be the same as me! Date must be jinxed as I'm going to be early too if Birm insist Froggie has to be a section there.
Really hope she can hang in there a wee bit longer and get a bit stronger, are you able to take it easy and get rest?
