my work have made mistake in past of overpaying! and as its the NHS you have to pay back if you were overpaid-despite it not being your fault! this hasnt happend to me but im scared as i am planning on not coming back that i will get a letter after i left or after SMP stopped saying' when you were here we overpaid you' and i will have to paye back!. like i said this happened to my collegues and not me,but i keep thinking what if this happnens? has anyone had this happen to them? what did you do,what were your rights~?
