Hi ladies, I saw this idea on another baby forum I belong to and thought it would be a good idea for us all to do seeing as how we’re getting closer to D Day (or should I say B Day!)

Basically we all get paired with someone and we swap phone numbers so that if anything happens to one person, then that person texts their bump buddy and the bump buddy posts the update on here! Now I know some of us are already in touch via FB, email and such like but I thought this was an easier way of keeping in touch with our fellow November bump buddies.

If you want to join then how do you want to go about it? Do you want to email me your details and I’ll pair you all up? Or do you just want to choose someone to pair up with? Or do you want to add your name by reply to this post and then I’ll pair everyone up and you can then swap numbers that way?

What do you ladies think? Good idea or a bit silly?

don't know if you plan to do this by area, but i live in wiltshire.

I have also been meaning to join facebook, but haven't had the time yet to do it. its one of my jobs to do when on mat leave, hopefully when son starts school next week and definately before baby is born!!

Well I was going to wait to see how many people were interested in being involved and then I'd pair you all up.

I've started doing a spreadsheet with all of you that are interested and I'll write your details alongside and I'll pair people up with say 14 days between their due dates! Unless people had a preference with who they paired up with!?!
