I went to my first Yoga session on Sat, did lots of lovely stretches, and during the final relaxation, the kid was kicking like mad! (though it's still at the stage where only I can feel it!) 'm not sure if its the fact that I am relaxed so the baby feels it, or I felt more in tune with him/her, but I would definetly recommend doing Yoga for the relaxation and time out elements!!

I've signed up for a course at the local 6th form & adult ed college. 9 weeks for £50, which seems pretty good. Starts end Sept, I can't wait. Am hoping it'll help my aching back.
