I've just joined slimming world from today so will be able to join in the weight loss game i hope!!! weights gone up since last weighed myself!!!
confession time......now 17st 9.5lbs - dear god i have a mountain to climb!!

Hi Looby....
Please can I join? I started weight watchers last Tuesday, well at least I have the books and I'm following the plan but I'm not doing the meeting bit...our local meeting is at 6pm, not ideal with a baby who needs a bath and bed at half 6 to 7!!!
Anyway, my weight last Tuesday was (cringes with embarrassment) 13st 5lbs, the absolute heaviest I have ever been in my life... so:
Name............Weight............+/-................. overall +/-
Looby...............16st 10...........0....................?????will fill in later cause cant remember
Sarah.................10st 1/2lb...1/2lb lost......9 1/2lb overall
Bubbly...............9st 5lb..........2lb gained.. 0 (back to square one.. eat a lot of pasta and cakes this week :) )
Nicx...................12st 12lbs..........-2lbs............-8lbs!!! Yay! Officially under 13st!!! Must have been work that did that!
Lins....................13st ...................-5lbs............-5lbs!!! Woo, with a goal weight of 12st initially (you can only do 10% at a time on weight watchers, things are looking good, damn the oreos I opened today though!!)

HI to our new members yes ur are welcome more the merrier.... u dont have to be dieting to join u can just be watching ur weight... I not dieting just writing a diary of what I have eaten....lol....
will do results later.....
