Subject : Any1 experienced side effects with AC?!

Hi all,

I started taking AC on Sunday as I am now on CD 38 and have very irregular periods since I came off the pill in Feb. I decided to take AC in tablet form, I kept on repeating it on the Sun but since then I have felt sick for a bit in the mornin and like I keep on needing to burp. If I do burp I can taste the tablet which is disgustin.

Just wondered if any1 else had any side effects? also I had this taste in my mouth for a bit today of blood! oh and now... maybe because I think about it my body does it. Shame the AF doesnt do the same.

I did a test on Sat just to make sure and no joy! Confused

Hi Mel,

I'm on CD38 too and started taking AC last Wed, no side effects though. I take it you're normally fine with tablets?

Hi Samiana,

Yeh I am normally fine with tablets, when I used to take cod liver oil I used to repeat that too sometimes!
I hope my current cycle isnt aslong as my last as I was going out of my mind! 98 days. The pill really messes up some womans system, gr!

I'm sure it's nothing bad, us girls are good at symptom spotting Wink

If it continues you could speak to someone in the health shop.

I've had no side effects from Agnus Castus but the tablets are hard to swallow. Holland and Barrett do it as a tuncture with a dropper that youi can mix in to a glass of water. You might want to try that?
