Subject : Tens Machine

Hi, anyone who has been pregnant before and used a Tens machine, where did you get your Tens machine? I bought mine today but finding it a bit hard to work out how to use, r all Tens machines suitable for labour pains? I used one when i had my son but i borrowed it from the hospital and it was much easier to understand and use.

Any replies will help me greatly!

I was wondering this, I got info about hiring from Boots and Mothercare today..... is it better to hire or buy and which one or isn't there a difference?

Hi Mrs T, I don't think there's much difference if you hire or buy but i just thought i would buy one this time as i wanted to make sure it was here when i need it and i prefer to have my own. The one i borrowed from the hospital was good though and cost me nothing! xx

you can get TENS machines for muscular pain, ones used for labour are different as they are higher intensity.. i've rented from mothercare Smile
