Subject : Pasta pesto recipe

I have a 2-year-old fussy eater, hates potatoes, loves olives - what's that all about? Anyway, my sure fire winner to sneak some of her 5 portions inside her is pesto pasta, she loves it...

3 baby courgettes
Small bunch of asparagus
4 decent sized mushrooms
2 spring onions
garlic
Jar Sacla green pesto or similar [with low salt content obviously]
Wholewheat pasta

Saute the chopped veg for 10 mins.
Meanwhile cook the pasta.
When the veg is soft whizz it with a hand blender and stir in some pesto to taste.
Stir into the pasta.

Makes several portions. Can be frozen [not the pasta]
Optional: add pine nuts or chopped olives.
Can add tomato puree for an extra veg portion but Lois is even too fussy for that! If she goes off pesto I'm buggered, would love some other suggestions...
Confused
