Hiya,
You can buy organic chicken stock cubes from Boots. I just use a small piece of the cube, pour boiling water in and thicken with a bit of baby rice and add it to los dinner.
They cost about £1.50 I think.
You can also buy the Heinz cook at home ready beef gravy in pouches. Not tried this yet though.
