Oh dear luv, you sound fed up. i'd love to offer some words of encouragement but I'll just end up sympathising over all your moans and groans. SPD is a nightmare just now and I'm also struggling to sleep. My swollen feet are actually really sore today despite having my flip flops off under my desk at work.
I've got 9 weeks to go, feels like an eternity. S x

well im trying not thin about the birth, i already have to children so i should be used to it, all i now is that with spd you carnt bend forward so that will affect your birth, but saying that it could be a peice of cake and nothing to worry about , so im hoping an epidural will do the trick no pain no problem, just my luck bet i give birth in the car park lol
