Im back ttc! I know it may be stressful trying to concieve so soon after our miscarriage but we are so keen for me to get pregnant again that I just want to go for it, it makes me feel better knowing that we are actively trying again and I stopped bleeding on Saturday so we are going to start from today. The earliest I will ovulate will be this weekend, so fingers crossed I get a smiley face on my ovulation sticks. Am actually looking forward to the 2ww - how odd am I?!! xxx

i had a m/c in i used ttc after i stopped bleeding and got my 1st period was so sad, didnt use any sticks and just went with what i taugh was right and guess what yesterday i got a bfp.... :\):\)

so hunni if i were u i be trying all around ovulation adn have some fun, my hubbie was freaked the 1st month and was scared by them, he felt it as a chore with the whole stick says we have to do it now...
and when we had fun it happened... i never relaxed once this was the longest 2ww ever...

Just wondered how you know when you are ovulating after mc? Good luck to you xx

Apparently - although this is from friends obsessed with ttc so not medical advice - you can ovulate as soon as 14 days after your miscarriage. So basically it could be that the day of the miscarriage would be cd1.

Saying that though I think this varies a huge amount so Im just going to see what my ov sticks say at the weekend and go from there.

I had the scan last Monday and there wasnt any signs of my pregnancy so they think I must have passed it - hate that phrase - the day before as I was very heavily bleeding then xxx

Thanks Jen that is really interesting. I had what I thought were ovulation pains a couple of days ago so that would make sense. I hope you are doing ok. I know what you mean about passing it. I lost a very big clot and when the doctor said "yes well that was probably you passing the pregnancy" I felt crushed even though I knew that was exactly what it was. There is something worse about hearing it out loud. Good luck with the bding xx

re ovulation after mc - when i had my erpc, i had my AF exactly 28 days after it - and i'm pretty sure i had EWCM on day 15 after erpc. but i was confused at the time as i had stopped spotting the day before and just thought it was mc related. but it looks like i did ov as "normal".
