Subject : No sleep whatsoever last night

I've been up all night with a stabbing pain down in the very lower right side, never had it before. It gets worst when I move about. I'm due to ov at aome this weekend if my calculations are right so Im hoping it's just this. x

Could it be appendicitis? I hope not and that it is just bad OV pain. If it carries on go to the docs xx
