What make of toothpaste do people use as some pastes only have 500ppmf and others have 1000ppmf, our water does not have added flouride so we should use 1000ppmf.

Toothpaste

We don't have fluride in our water either n the dental hygenist just said use any normal adult toothpaste for lo. Didn't mention bout diff amounts in diff types - but we got a free pack of colgate n toothbrush off her.
