Subject : post natal depression

Im pregnant with my second child, but after the birth of my daughter who is nearly 4 i suffered terribly from PND and was prescibed Fluxotine for this. im now worried that it is going to happen again and im really worried that it will be worse this time as i will have 2 kids to look after. Does anyone know if iw ill definately suffer again or will i manage to avoid it this time?
