im not breast feeding but i have had the wordt period pains the last week but still haven cum on when did every 1 cum on after havin there baby

Hi new to this so bear with me! my baby was about 4 and a half months when my first period came after having him, I was breastfeeding at time and was then very irregular till I stopped breastfeeding. In general I think it can take a while for your body to get back to normal.

i think with my first i had my period quite quickly after i stopped bleeding, the second was about 6 weeks after my bleeding stopped and my 3rd it was about 2 weeks after my bleeding stopped. i wasnt breastfeeding. i think every one is different but wouldnt worry too much about it
