Subject : Bristol Mummies

Hiya,

Are there any mummies in Bristol that can recommend somewhere I can take a lively 3 year old and a 4 month old next week while OH works? We're coming down on Sunday to visit relatives but OH will have to work Monday and part of Tuesday and, whilst I love his Grandparents dearly, there's no way I'm spending two days in their flat with 2 children while he works! I'd thought about Bristol Zoo but don't know if it's any good or not? We'll be staying in the centre of Bristol, St Thomas St I think, and I'll have a car and sat nav so can get around.

Thanks lots,
Zoe
Xx

Hi Zoe

Bristol zoo is good. Blaize Castle is also really good for energetic kids. Thay have a great new play area, large grass areas for picnics and lovely walks around the estate.
Also check on netmums.com for ideas. They have different sections for different areas in the country. The bristol section has loads of suggestions of places to go.
Hope this helps
Becca

planet kids is amazing, its a huge creche thing with bowling and an arcade. theres a restaurant in there aswel so you can spend the day there. have fun! xx
