Is there too much pressure on new mums to lose baby weight?

Subject : Risk Assesment????????

Hi hope everyone one is well
I have my Risk assesment at work in the morning and i was wondering if anyone has had one and what sort of things i should be looking out for. I am an admin manager within a warehouse environment.
Thanks
Nikki

I had 1 last week and the nhs form has sections including working with chemicals, shift work and health & safety. May be worth taking a bit longer in the morning looking at your journey to your desk- can you park close by, are there stairs, do you get regular breaks - and are they long enough to actually get a drink/food, is the warehouse safe and do you need to lift/climb etc.
I think the more you can identify the better for you as it may be the only opportunity you get!!
On mine under -does the job need modifying I recorded 'not at present' to keep options open for later.

Hello Nikki,
I work as an admin sales and told my manager about my pregnancy 2 weeks ago. He still hasn't done risk assesment with me, should I asked him for that? I work in a busy shop and most of the time I spend in the office but there is still some work that I don't consider too safe (carrying heavy tills for example).
