Hi - In April 2007 I had an emergency C-Section as lo was completely and utterly tangled and was struggling... I am now 15 weeks pregnant with twins, which i'm worried about having a natural birth as there is double danger of them getting tangled again... Also they are non id twins, so I have 2 placenta's etc...

I haven't asked the consultant yet as I don't see him until 20 weeks... I just wondered if anyone else has been in the situation?

I havent been in the situation but I'm pretty sure that with twins they prefer to do elective section anyway, or at least give you the choice of a section or natural birth (depending on whether id/non id twins and position of babies/placentas etc). As you've had a previous section I doubt you would be allowed a VBAC with twins but then I am not sure! Let us know x
