this has not happened during my pregnancy but today i keep peein myself i feel really embarassed and cant control it i am 36+4 anyone else having this am getting worried xxx

hi i think that is very common, and i do it too! i cope by always making sure i wear a sanitary towel if i go out. i always forget to do pelvic floor exercises which are supposed to help! i didnt have it last pregnancy but have had it for last few months of this one. odne worry youre not alone! x
