Hi Tracy,
Just wondering, did you have anti-natal care in Holland? What is it like? I'm already considering going home to England close to due date to 'visit' my parents and hope I go into labour hehehehehe The 'no pain relief' thinking here is not exactly me!!

Hi Mandi,
I'm afraid I didn't have any real experience of ante-natal care in Holland but have friends who have had their children there who say you have to be VERY direct about what YOU want. Home births are the norm I think, but my friends had their children in hospital. I have a friend who is expecting her third child out there who was telling me she has a scan every two weeks, which I was very impressed by.
I'm with you on the 'no pain relief thinking' you've got to have a bit of gas and air at least!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL
Take care,
Tracy
