Is there too much pressure on new mums to lose baby weight?

Hubby is desperate to get them up now (we both love christmas) but I've told him we have to wait until 1st December. Something tells me that he won't be able to wait that long though, so we'll probably end up putting them up at the weekend. Plus hubby is now convinced (for no good reason mind you) that baby is going to arrive before Christmas so he wants to get everything sorted in plenty of time (not due until 20th January!).

We are probably away over Christmas so will put them up 1st week of Dec to make the most of them. Can't decide whether to go for a real or fake tree last year we had real one but Lily was less mobile then, just started making attempts to crawl this year she is a very active over excitable toddler and I have visions of the tree going over at the first opportunity!x

We are actually going to do it next weekend 27th/28th i know its a little early but george is in for his op that weekend and so the girls will be at my mums.

I will be in hospital with george so my oh is going to do it all.

We thought it would be lovely when all 3 come home to some prettiness as its all gonna be a bit weird for them with george so it will lighten the mood xxx

OMG Christmas decs - already! no no no. I am due on Jan 12th so don't intend to be doing too much over Christmas, we are spending a few days at my parents house so I hope to be waited on hand and foot. If it was up to me I wouldn't put any up this year but as I have a 5 year old dd I don't think i'll be able to get away with that.

However I am extremely organised when it has come to Christmas shopping this year which is most unlike me, but i just couldn't face doing Christmas shopping at near full term. I have nearly all of them bought and wrapped already.

We will do it the second weekend in Dec as Max's bday is the 5th and I always said his birthday would have to be before Christmas starts in our house! Happy

I wanna put mine up nowwwwwwww!!! I love christmas!!! I dont believe its right until 1st dec tho so will be doing it without a doubt on that day!!

We went to our local garden centre this weekend (yearly tradition) and bought loads of bits for the tree including a pink my first christmas rocking horse ornament for the new baby! Im loving that my 2.5 year old is getting into the spirit this year. i have to drive through town everyday so he can see the lights!! LOL! he just says 'wow' every second its soooo sweet. I cant wait to put the tree up with him! i wish it was december now, its my all time favourite month!!!
