Planning on taking LO to a class on friday, not really too sure what to expect and was just wondering if anyone had been to a class or was planning to go?!?

All i know is that the HV said that Kate Garraway from GMTV takes her son to a class!! I suppose that is meant to encourage people to go to classes here in Wigan!! Not sure how that will change sign up rates!!

I go on a Tuesday - LO loves it and so do I. He did sleep all the way through....it is so cute they give you mats to lay LO on, (take a towel) nand the oil and show you techniques you could use......it is very relaxing.....you just feed them etc if you need to really chilled x

We had our first class last week, and we loved it! We started on the legs, and will do different parts each week. We had to take our own changing mat and towel, but they provided the oils.

I am sure Hannah sleeps better because of it, she certainly seems more content these days!
