I haven't tried it myself but a friend has and had quite good results. Although in hindsight she said becasue she was paying for it she actually was looking better at her diet and really tried not to snack so she's not sure if it actually worked or if it psychologically gave her a kick up the a**e!!!
Please forgive me if i'm out of place saying this but i hope you're not asking for yourself. If i remember rightly your LO is only a few weeks old?
My ds is now 17 weeks and it is only in the last few weeks that i have started exercising again. I personally tried to excercise (classes) and diet from 6 weeks but just found i was too exhausted so i started going for a long walk everyday which did both me and the bub good. I also really tried to eat healthily
A couple of weeks ago a few girls from the NCT group started going to aquafit classes and we have really enjoyed this.
Anyway i suppose what i'm trying to say (in a roundabout way) is dont start trying to lose weight etc too early. I have a friend who had her baby 10 weeks before me and she has not dieted etc and she is still losing the baby weight just with normal daily activities.
Forgive me if you were asking for someone else.

If you are breast feeding the PLEASE PLEASE don't use any weight loss aid. You body will lose weight naturally if you are. If not then ploease excuse me for being nosey.
My neighbour used it for a while and said, to put it politely, it made her bowles very unpredictable. lol. But worked for her.

I've heard that it makes you, erm, well, leak... from your bottom....
Yuk!!! I really thought about it, but couldn't cope with that kind of worry all the time! So I went for Slimming World instead... Which, BTW, you can do if you are breastfeeding..

I've also heard it does funny things to your bowels. My mum's best friend tried it and had to make sure she had quick access to a toilet at all times. Sometimes she didn't quite make it...

I agree, your baby is still very young if I remember rightly, please do seek medical advice if you're concerned about your weight as Alli is quite extreme. It works by preventing your body from absorbing fat - so any fat at all you do consume basically goes straight through you. It's not really my business, but concentrate on healthy eating by all means, but please don't take any more extreme measures at this stage, I'm sure your body is still recovering from pregnancy - and please take this as me speaking from concern rather than bossiness, I really don't mean to tell you what to do!

I've never used it but do remember when it became avalible to buy here that the reports weren't good as others have said.
Be proud of your changing body, you've got a baby to show for any imperfections!!! Thats my excuse anyway!!!
