Subject : BBT in simple terms please...

Morning ladies,

Can you please help?

I'm starting to chart my temp for the first time as this is my first proper cycle since stopping the pill at the end of September.

I'm taking my temperature at 6.30 am every day and noting it on my chart. Can you ladies please let me know what signs I'm looking for that I'm about to ovulate, etc?

Any other hints and tips would be great too!

Thank you ;-)
xx
