Subject : G/C Baby DVD's

Just wondering if anyone has either the Baby Bright or BabyIQ DVD's for their LO's and if they would recommend them for a newborn.

Thanks xx

Thanks for the link, a very interesting read.

I'm not supporting LO's watching too much TV or trying to make them into Einstein but I read an article in a baby magazine that suggested one of these DVD's might be better than ordinary television. Mainly because they will get used to watching them and hence will learn more but they only suggested a short time of viewing each day. Can't remember exactly what that was but it was certainly no more than 1/2 hour.

Would still love to hear if anyone has bought either of the DVD's and what they think of them xx

I don't know about those particular dvds but my lo has watched some of the baby einstein dvds from birth. He loves them obviously in small doses. I don't expect them to make turn into a genius but they are better than some of the stuff on tv. He also loves In the Night Garden now. I would recommend them xx
