Hi,

as some of you may know I have swaddled my LO until now. At Asda I bought a £10 2.5 tog sleeping bag to try and she slept in it last night. The room temp was 20 (I live in Scotland after all), she had a vest and babygro on, should she really have more on? She did not feel roasting when I touched her chest but not ice cold either. She seemed to sleep ok in it so I am going to buy her a proper Grobag.

SLEEPING BAGS

My girls are in a 2.5 tog Grobag with a short sleeved vest and sleepsuit. The nursery temp starts at 21 degrees when I put them to bed and drops to about 17 or 18 by the morning so about the same as your LO really. If she slept OK and didn't wake then I'd assume she was warm enough. It's better for her to be too cold than too warm xxx

Michael is in a long sleeved body suit and a merino wool sleeping bag.He seems to be doing fine at the moment, but when it gets a bit colder we plan to put him a sleeping suit on as well.

at the mo ds room is aout 18 when he goes ot bed and drops to about 15, he sleeps in a 2.5tog, a vest and a long sleeved top and he seelms to be comfortable with this, another week or so and i reckon i'll need to put him in a sleepsuit instead of just a top. xx
