It could be the milk, how old is your baby?
When in hosp i started mine off on sma gold but he didnt seem to drink it well and what he did drink he bought it all back up. I know babies burp and posset a little but i wasn't happy so we spoke to mw in hosp and changed to apartimil as it supposed to be lighter than sma gold.
Since we switched he been so much better and went from strenght to strenght and now drinks loads. (5oz) and he only occasionally brings up milk in sick which i was told is normal...
Change milk or ask mw for advice i would, i did and i worked with children! xx

No problem.... What i noticed with mine is it took a day or so for the sma to work its way out of system and he was bit crampy that night but this was when he was 2 days old so it could be that he was full of mucus still from being born, but i think it may have been a combination of bot.
Let me know how it goes. xx
