Oh yes jacks willy used to get sore under his little ball bags! I dont use any creams as a rule but if its looking slighty red and sore i just put some sudocream sometime the nappy and can rub and make it a bit sore. Jack never seems to notice thou!
Maybe depending on how brave you are some people say take they nappy off and leave him in towel so it can air, i however never could plus think he migt get cold! x

hi my lo has been sore under hes willy a couple of times now and i have used either bepanthen or sudocream on and by the morning he has be nearly back to normal. its horrible to see isn't it coz you think it must be so sore which is why i put the cream hoping it forms a bit of a barrier from further wees he has.
hope your los willy better soon x

hi ds has had a sore willy before, and i jus put a little vasleine or zinc and acstor oil creme on it, after a day or two its all better again, and he doesn't seem to notice at all.
clarkie, id love to give ds naked time but at 7.5 months hes crawling like the speed of light and pulling himself up on everything, so got the feeling it'd only be a matter of minutes before he pee'd on something lol! having said that, when he was little i used to od naked tummy time, so change mat on the floor, towel over that, then lay him naked on his front. i tended to put him on his front so his wee didn't squirt up and all over lol, that way it just went on the towel beneath him, just used to make sure the room was nice and warm ,a dn if its a bit nippy put a top or vest on to keep his chest covered but roll it up so it doesn't get got by the wee lol xx

Aww poor thing. Disposables can be quite scratchy so you could try making some fleecy liners just buy a cheap soft fleecy blanket and cut it into little strips, it makes a stay dry lining aswerll as being snuggly and soft!
