Hi all,

After mc in Oct, i have now had a normal af and am on CD2 using my brand new CBFM for the first time!

Just wanted to ask a couple of things as I have read bits on here and just want to know...

I usually OV anywhere from CD9 - CD17 so can't tell when it'll be this month. Basically, I know it won't ask me to POAS till CD6 - is it likely to jump to a high straight away if I do OV earlier or not?

Also, is it normal to get a peak or not on the first month of using it and if not, do you just use all the highs as fertile times?

If/when you get your highs and peaks, should you BD every day or every other and when should you stop?

the first month can be quite tempremental, you may get the highs then peak (any number of highs and two peaks followed by a high) or you may just get highs as it takes a while to get used to your body.

as for BDing your second peak is classed as OV and the high following 1DPO, so best to BD on both peaks and every other day through the highs before x

im using cbfm and its my first month, i have not yet received a high, but everyone on here are so supportive, and have explained to me more than the booklet did! xx
