Subject : quick question about giving water...
i'm starting to give Thomas a bit of water at lunchtime now (he's 5.5 months) - i give it to him in a sterilised TT explora bottle or a TT cup thingy. i often see people out and about giving their little ones juice or water, i just wondered what "rules" apply with regards to how long to keep the bottle/beaker etc? is it ok to give him the same bottle of water throughout the day? (at the minute i only give it to him once a day but i'm just thinking ahead) or should i give him a fresh one?
is it the same for juice?
thank you!!

I usually change the water a couple of times a day. If we're at home I leave his tt cup on the floor so he can help himself when he is thirsty! We haven't sterilised apart from bottles and teats, from 6 months. xx
