Lily had hers in her leg- the nurse told me that in babies and toddlers it is much easier to do them in leg because you can restrain the legs easier than arms. But I guess each nurse is different.x

As far as I can remember Kara had hers in her leg but to be honest I can't think. She did have one injection in her arm but I don't know which. Maybe it was her 1 year jag that she did.

Leg for my lo.

I'm trying to think where my niece had her mmr booster at 3 and half. That may have been in her arm.

All my 3 had the MMR in the leg, but I think my 2 older boys had the preschool boosters in the arm.

Hey butterfly, don't panick hunny - my lo has had all her jabs since 9 months in her arms, including the MMR.
I was given the choice and I chose the arms for the simple reason that she was walking at 9 months and the nurse suggested the arms so that if it went a bit dead it wouldn't affect her walking.
I thought it might distress her if one of her legs felt a bit sore or numb and she was trying to walk around.

She was confidently walking by the time she had her MMR but for the same reason, she never sits down and so I didn't want her legs to be 'achy'.

xx
