Subject : Trying not to get my hopes up!

Kind of a long story, but I have no idea when AF should be due. I started bleeding in July after I had my d&c in April. I just stopped bleeding 4 weeks ago (I bled nonstop for 3 months), so now I do not know when I should have another cycle. But it has been 4 weeks since my last one, so Im guessing I should be due any time now. Well this morning I started spotting, not very much at all, and it was only when I went to the bathroom. The first two times it was a weird orangish color, and the 3rd time it was brown (sorry for tmi) and I haven't had anymore yet, and I do not feel like I am going to start a period. I have no cramping at all now (although I had slight cramping last night and this morning). So my question is, has anyone had this happen and they ended up being pregnant? This sort of happened with my last pregnancy, I spotted for 2 days and found out 4 weeks later I was pregnant. But I do not want to get my hopes up. I had a negative blood test last week. I am just praying it will be a bean in there Confused

This did happen to me with my first pregnancy too although it did end in mc. I really hope this is good news for you. You said you only ov'd a week ago so your blood test would have shown negative xx

When I got pg before my mc I had pinkish mucus after sex and thought AF was coming but then she never turned up and i got bfp. this week I had brown/pink CM for 2 days, but then it turned into AF with no cramps and no pmt. So it could still go either way for you. fingers crossed for you!!

It seems as though I am out for this month. I still have not "officially" started yet, but my light spotting has turned into light bleeding, but seems as though it is getting more reddish now, so Im assuming that I will be starting tomorrow. I am a little disappointed, but happy at the same time because now I can actually start tracking my ov better. I am still kind of scared that this light bleeding will continue for months like it did last time, but I am still staying hopeful. My hubby is ok with it as he wants me to get pregnant in January so that we might have a chance for an October baby for his birthday(since we had our son the day before my birthday in February 2007). I have prayed so much that I should have God on speed dial lol. I strongly believe in the power of prayer (and of course the bd'ing helps too) lol. Thank you for your nice words and I'll stay posted Happy

Thank you. I think we will be in the 2ww together because this is day 3 of AF for me. Wishing BFP and sticky beans for both of us! :)
