hi ladies

my midwife just rang me to book me in for swine flu vaccine on the 16th, but am due on 21st., Have said to put my name down as can always change my mind, and junior may come before that. Also found this on the web, which was slightly reassuring
90 women became pregnant shortly after receiving the vaccine made by GlaxoSmithKline called Pandemrix and 50 of them had given birth and all of them had normal babies. The others have not yet had their babies.
just wondered who has had the vaccine ? am not starting a debate on the rights or wrongs of having it as its a purely personal decision.

I had the seasonal jag yesterday and will be having the swine flu one when available - at present my doctors only have 100 doses of that one so its the cancer patients who are getting it first (they are at the highest risk).

I had my swine flu jab on monday and have suffered no ill effects to date the only thing it did give me was a bit of an achy arm! Babies movements not been any different very active :) like you say its a very personal decision x

I just posted on Dec, i was sent a text from my surgery yesterday and i'm still unsure what to do, even after reading all the info.

I dont think ill be having it, will see what the mw says when i have my appt next Thursday

I've had mine, I'm obviously pregnant and am healthcare worker too, had it 10 days ago and felt no effects at all, apart from sore arm (yes I am a wimp!). I have the Baxter or Celvapan one, not pandremix or whatever its called

is there any reason you had the celvapan butler just i had the pandremix one??

I'm same as you Katie this morning and my freind had it last week and my other friend is getting it tomorrow, I'm 23 weeks my friend last week was 34 weeks and my friend for tomorrow is 32 weeks xx
