Im 40+3 got a sweep on monday, had cramp non stop, and been loosing plug since then, was sick yesterday but no contractions!!!feel like its never going to happen,just a bit of a rant sorry.

Feel exactly the same and due today so not even overdue officially! I had a terrible night of false labour last night, lasted from around 11pm till 5am and Ive had he bad sickness on and off.

I feel like baby is going to go on till induction day (16th Nov) and although everyone is being really nice texting me to see how I am its really starting to p*** me off!

I know how you feel i was 5 days overdue when i had my baby. I went for a session of reflexology which was suggested by a friend to bring on labour and that night i had my baby! I was only in labour for 5 hours and had no pain relief and no stitches i dont know whether this had something to do with the reflexology or the hypnobirthing book i read but its worth a try.

I would definately recommend going for a session before they do a sweep or start inducing you and interupting the natural way.

I feel for you all I'm now 8 days overdue was hoping to have stretch and sweep but midwife couldnt do it as it baby/cervix was to far back. Really fed up. Got to wait till the 18th now when I've been booked into be induced I'll be 13 days over which makes me mad !!!!

i def no how u feel, i was 4 days overdue with dd and nothing i did to try and make her come out worked thou the only thing i will say is i near enough lived on my birthing ball for the last week and my labour was very quick (wen i eventually went into labour). keep active is my advice to u, im sure thats wat did it for me in the end as i did not stop the day before i went into labour!!
