Subject : Help weaning a 13-mth-old

Hi everyone, my daughter's 13mths old and LOVVVVES her breastmilk drinks! She is feeding a min of 4 times in 24 hours (usually dont feed her between 7pm-5am during the night). But sometimes she feeds more when she won't calm down or take cows milk or water or antyhing.

I would like to wean her slightly so she's only feedin in the morning and before bed (sooo 5-6am and 6-7pm ish)

Has anyone done this with a fairly clingy bfed baby? I originalyl wanted to do baby-led weaning but can't see her dropping feeds herself anytime soon and would like to fully wean b4 sheis 2!!!1

I recently watched an episode of super nanny on 4od with a three year old where in three days they went from wenever she wanted bf to none at all. I know your little one is younger so obviously take more time over it but i think you just have to stay strong (like most things when you want to change a childs rountine) and preapre yourself for a few bad days at the feed you cut out and then once she's settled to 3 feeds do it again so you only have the 2.
