Subject : which nappies do you use?

I've always been a pampers fan, never really tried any others. My LO is 5 months (tomorrow!) and 15lbs 7oz. I've been using the baby dry size 3 which go to 20lbs but they are now marking her legs and seem really small on her. The next size up are 15 - 40 lbs so these must be really big!? Not sure which to buy now =/
How much do your Los weigh and what are you using? x

Finn is 17 weeks, weighed 15lb 8oz last week at baby clinic and is currently in size 3 Huggies Super Dry or whatever they are called! I was using the Pampers equivalent but they looked uncomfy and left marks all over his bottom and thighs even though they were the right size for his weight. Getting on really well with the Huggies so far x x

Summer was 17lb 3oz at last weigh in, we used a mixture of pampers simplydry - or whatever they're called - size 3 (but seem too nig for her) or asda little angels size 2.

Seems to me we are using the wrong size from what you have said you use, but they fit her fine so she must carry her wieght in her tum and upper body!!!!xx

Will is 17 weeks and weighs 16lb13oz. I have tried all the supermarket brands as well as pampers and huggies and have found that Sainsburys own suit Will best (and lovely design too - not cheap looking), with Asdas a close 2nd. He too is in size 3 and fast outgrowing them. I have a packet of size 4 as they were on offer recently, and they aren't hugely bigger in size x

hey hun, we always used Huggies but now use pampers since she moved to a size three...however, the same as you! the size 3's baby dry were too tight and I thought 4's would be massive...but they're not! LO was aout 15lb when she started on them and I find they fit really well on her...she's 17lb ish (5 months today too!) now and we have very few leakages to report!! heehee xxx

Just as Theo was over 15lb i started using the size 4 as the 3's just didnt seem to fit right, tho they look huge, they fit him well and hes never leaked and has plenty of growing room!!

I buy whatever works out cheepest to be honest! Normally asda's own, which are good quality too, but pampers have been on offer at asda recently and have worked out cheeper than their own brand so ive stocked up on them! i think i now have well over 300 pampers nappies and still a pack of asda own brand to go through!! (swapping nappies has never irritated Theos skin but im aware it can with some babies ) xx

Jacob was 16lb at his last weigh in a few weeks ago, he is in size 3 pampers although I have used the odd size 4 on him that I have left over from his big brother. My toddler who is 22 months is only in size 5 so it seems funny that Jacob will be in size 4s soon! x

I use washables as much as I can but when in disposables they are in Pampers baby dry size 3. Emelia is 14.2lbs & Sofia is 13.2 lbs now. They fit nicely and still plenty of room left yet...

I buy what ever nappies are on offer thou, they don't react differently to different nappies. x

Funny that nickyde......I don't really like pampers on my little man but love huggies as they seem to fit him much better. Just wish they weren't one of the most expensive brands on the market...typical!
my little man is 20lb 7ozs and is in size 4 of huggies (or pampers as I have used both).
xx

Washables usually, but lately Jason's had so much nappy rash that I can't seem to shift without swapping him into disposables. So when in disposables he's wearing pampers active fit size 3. I decided to try those because nornal pampers and tescos own seemed to leak an awful lot!
