Subject : Time for a moan... AGAIN!

Hey girls.
You must be getting fed up with me and my moaning by now. I'm now on to Month 5 of TTC which I know for some is only the beginning. Also I'm not doing the full TTC thing i.e not done OV tests or checking temp or anything. The reason for this is cos I want the TTC experience to be fun. We were starting to get stressed out enough without doing all that. Now though I'm worrying that what if there's a problem? I don't want to wait another 6 months before going to the doctors for tests. Why are all the home Ov kits so expensive, do they not know we're in the middle of a recession?????
I guess the main reason I'm so annoyed/anxious/uptight is cos we thought we'd done it last month only for my AF to be late for the first time EVER. And cos I just want a baby soooooo much.
I'll welcome any responses. Rant over. Thanks girls. xxx

My god ally24 you put me to shame, here i am moaning 6 months in and poor you have been at it for 14 months.
angel100 - thats my whole point about the opks, I don't want to add more pressure.
At the moment I'm sitting here on my own with tears running down my face. I've realised that I'm usually in control of things I do. And if something needs done I do it but I really have no control over this one. Fed up hearing it'll happen when it's right. I want it now.
Thanks girls for your responses. I may be going mad but atleast I'm not alone.lol. x

No hun, you're not alone... We have been TTC since July 08 - 16months I think? I'm sick of counting...

Used OPK's for first time Sept but not Oct... Have told OH we are getting a CBFM if AF arrives as expected next week. I will give it a few cycles of CBFM then get myself to DR's I think, though don't really want to admit defeat just yet.

It will happen for all of us I am sure

***sprinkles babydust***

Just to add, the OPK's that I used were off the Access Diagnostics site and were pretty reasonable and there's always ClearBlue OPK's on e-bay sealed and everything for about £11. Never had any just browsed!

Did I convince anyone else? No didn't convince myself either.

Sorry I must sound like the most miserable person and I swear I'm not. xxx

I'm on CD7 so just about time to start again. You're absolutely right, I'm not alone, which means I have no right to moan. Thanks girls for the advice. We'll help each other through it all.
