Subject : The Fat to Fab club... w/c 2nd Nov

Hi girls

I don't know about you, but I've tried posting on the other 'weight loss support group' thread loads of times and it keeps not adding them. I can post on other threads, so don't know what the hell is going on!

Thought I'd start a new one, do you like our new name?????

Everyone is welcome here...

We're here for encouragement, words of advice, meal plans, exercise plans - anything really!!!

I've been to weigh in this evening (my first week) and I've lost 7lbs!!!!! Well chuffed! Got my 1/2 stone award on my first week! :-)

Butterfly, that means I've lost the same as you! :-)

Congrats!
I'm 13lbs away from my prepregnancy weight, which I was hoping to reach by xmas. I was trying to go to the gym but with a clingy 8 week old it's not working out too well.
I was hoping to reach my prepregnancy weight by xmas and another 5-10lbs by the time I go back to work in March. I highly doubt I will get there but good to have a goal anyway.

Hey congrats on the 7lbs!! well done!

Thanks for doing a new thread - my post went on about 50 times lol!!

Well I've now been doing religious ww points for 2 days now and I'm feeling q evangelical about weight loss now. I'm going to do a Thurs morning weigh in to tie in with my old ww meetings, but not going to weigh myself tomorrow, as it is a mistake to weigh in after 2 days!

Next Thurs I will let you know how it went....

Mxxx

ps. my dh bought chocolate rolls for the boys today but I resisted! Had a low fat yoghurt and I'm not even bitter! Your are right Mrs B it is all frame of mind.

lol I love this but might not be the right attitude...

...ok ok ok, I do the same. I tell myself since I didn't lose anything then it just makes sense to let myself 'slip'.

Well done Mrs B - thats brill in first week.

I am doing WW for last 10 weeks (my twin girls are nearly 10 months and I put on more after they were born) - not been great at times but lost 17.5lbs in total though put one up last week with all the Halloween treats.

I was hoping to get the 2nd stone off by Christmas!!!! - with goal being just over 3st............

Good luck to all the girls for this weeks weigh in and I look forward to weekly updates.
