I have been charting Temp, OPK's and checking signs Im on day CD15 of 28 Day Cycle My Temp dropped thismorning I have had neg OPK's but am getting sticky CM not sure when to bd any ideas ladies ?? x

But I do have a question. How do you know when you have ovulated can someone help me on this thread instead of starting a new thread with the same title ?? x

hi girls, sassy81 normally just before you ovulate your temp will drop before it elevates quite high, usually the lowest point is when you ovualte so get b'ding asap for the next 48hrs as the egg will be being released. if you got ewcm thats a good sign.your opk might be negative for a number of reasons, are you testign twice a day? is so what times and are you restricting fluid intake 2hrs before as this can dilute the result. mrs b, before you ov you get creamy mc, when you ovulate the mc goes egg like thin and stretchy as soon as you have ov'd and progesterone kicks in it wil go back to thick creamy cm. your temp will rise and stay elevated after ov and if you are using opk, you shoudl get a positive reading.
