Subject : Is she getting enough milk ?
My Lo is 7 months old and on 3 solid meals a day. Right now i'm struggling to get her to take much milk, one day she only took 2ozs all day ! I'm now worried that i'm depriving her of something important but on Monday I tried to squeeze milk feeds inbetween her meals and she just ended up being sick shortly after (although granted not huge amounts of vomit but fairly regular).
She wont eat anything with milk added to it, ive tried porridge, baby rice and weetabix but doesnt seem to be a fan of the sort of "creamy "foods. In general she has maybe between 6ozs and 10ozs on an average day, i'm sure its not enough though !
Any suggestions, should I just go with the flow or continue trying to force more milk down inbetween meals ?
She loves her solid foods and eats plenty of that and gets a nice varied diet from her solids its just this milk issue.

Hi, how many milk feeds does your lo have? Maybe give her less feeds and that might give her more of a break between meals. This is what I do at the min with my lo and he usually takes around the minimum 18oz a day.
8am-7oz milk then 30mins later porridge where I add the rest of the milk he didn't drink (obviously your lo won't do this though!)
12pm-Lunch.
2pm/2.30pm-7oz milk (doesn't always take it all).
4.30pm/5.00pm-Tea.
6pm/6.30pm-8oz milk (again doesn't always take it all).
Also, does she eat yoghurts and things as I think they add to the milk intake. x

She used to have one about an hour after breakkie, one about 2 hours after her lunch, one at bed and a dreamfeed at 10pm.
She'll now very rarely want one after breakkie, will sometimes have one after lunch, has one at bedtime where she normally takes between 4ozs and 6ozs and she just dropped her dreamfeed. So basically 1 to 2 bottles in a day.

I don't know what to suggest, but it does seem low as they should have 18-10oz a day. However, this can include dairy products - cheese, yoghurt etc. Does she get a lot of these?

Hiya
Not sure how old your LO is but I read a thread (here or facebook - can't remember) where someone suggested "milkshakes" by mixing fruit wiht the milk. Not tried it myself but just a though!
