Subject : Where to buy a CBFM

Hi everyone

Where did everyone buy their CBFM from?! I was shocked when i saw the price in Boots....£99.99!!!

Do you think its worth it? Has anyone had BFPs from using the CBFM?

Hi,

Quite a few women on here have had BFP's from their CBFM, i think they are handy because they tell you exactly when you are ovulating. You have to expect it to be quite expensive because of what it does for us.

When i contemplated buying one i made sure i would have enough money to carry it on and i also spoke to my OH and we agreed and went and bought one together.

I got mine from Lloyds Pharmacy and it was £79.99. I wouldn't recommend buying them for 99.99 when you can get them cheaper elsewhere!!!

Access Diagnostics is a good website also, Ebay and Amazon sell them too.
You can get a second hand one for cheap on Ebay and Amazon - they can be reset etc so there is no harm in getting a second hand one. But they will still be between the £50 and £80 mark.

Also you have to buy packs of sticks every month for them which i get for £19.99 from Lloyds Pharmacy for a pack of 20 but i have now found cheaper ones on Amazon.

I recommend doing what i did, i came on here and asked about it and then realised that i wanted reviews from people who i didn't really know (i don't know the ladies on here personally but you know what i mean) so i went onto Amazon and read the reviews. I think on here the women have nothing but good things to say about the CBFM and while that is ok i wanted to hear some of the bad stuff too!!! Just to help me make my mind up. There are some bad reviews on Amazon but the majority are good and that gave me hope!!!!

Hi there

I'm on my first month using my CBFM and they are really good. No BFP for me yet (still could but doubt it) but hoping we will by using the CBFM.

I got mine for a BARGAIN from Ebay - £50 +postage AND 2 boxes of 20 sticks. Couldn't believe my luck. Brand New as well. So it is possible to pick up a really good bargain.

Good luck!

I have a second hand monitor for sale i would like £40 for it plus p and p which i would imagine is only going to be a couple of pound. I have all the instructions and it is easy to use. I got my bfp after using it for 3 months. If anyone is interested just leave a message on th ttc forum for the attention of Emma.
