I joined slimming world last week (MW is happy with this) as I was piling weight on due to haveing to use higher doses of insulin. I was very proud to have lost 4lb in my first week! I will soon be rid of the excess weight I put on in the first tri!

I didn't realise you can join slimming clubs while pregnant! I want to join one to keep off any extra weight as i was thinking of joining before i fell pregnant but had a little surprise lol xxx

Only SW has approval from the Royal College of Midwives, WW etc won't let you join when you're pregnant. You have to take a form to your MW at each appt showing your weight record, and she has to sign to say she's happy for you to continue.

Getting easier now I have seen my diabetes consultant and gotten guidance on how to self adjust my insulin dose because I was having hypos all over the place!
