Just wondering if anyone has experienced these and if so what they felt like?
I woke in the middle of the night with my tummy feeling tight, almost like needing the toilet but i didnt, then it ached and hurt a bit. I went back to sleep then was woken a few more times in the night by the same thing.

I have had something similar (bump feeling really tight in the night) but I wasn't sure what it was!

I assumed BH would hurt, but this was more uncomfortable than painful...

They dont normally hurt, i never used to notice mine and i remember the doc asking commenting one day that i was having one and i hadnt noticed.

This time tho ive been getting a lot, ive had tons tonight and they are quite uncomfy at the bottom on my bump and my back. I get them if ive over done it through the day, like today, im knackered!!

Hey i get BH quick frequently they dont hurt but are uncomfortable as your stomach goes really tight and i often feel quick a bit of pressure down the bottom of my stomach but i usually get them when i am overdoing it slightly which is most of the time with a toddler lol!! xx

Yeah i think i've had them....I had an odd sensation (tightening) in my bump and then it kind of went rugby ball shaped Again it was happening when i had over done things abit!

I've had a tight bump every so often - didn't realise it was BH!

i think i have been getting them! only had one before, several weeks ago, but have been having them at least every hour since yesterday. they dont hurt at all, and i actually quite like them! i like prodding my bump when its all hard!

things are getting quite exciting!

i have been gettin them on a daily basis since 16wks.... but are gettin more frequent as time goes by... wen i get a tightening, i have alot of pressure in lady bits and wen it eases off, it aches like hell... i get them frm doin simple things like walkin - and i dnt rush abt but still get em quite sharply...
i dnt like having them TBH as mine can get quite painful and do take my breath away :(

I'm same as Loving, I've been getting them for a bit now and there are painful this time round but when I was pg with DD 9 years ago, they didn't hurt one bit. My early contractions in labour felt like BH.

Thats really useful to know ladies, every stage of the pregnancy fascinates me, even when it is a bit uncomfortable.

When I overdo it or walk loads I get a tightening and cramps down on my lower right hand side of my bump. It is quite painful and I worried what it was, I wonder if they are BH??

I'm not sure if i'm having them yet or not - the top of my bump goes really tight and it can be really uncomfortable. I would have thouh a BH would include all of my bump though.

I have been assuming that the tightening and rugby ball effect is baby sticking its **** out! Now I can see that it's probably BH, thanks for that. I find that if i massage the area it gradually goes away xxx
